June  22, 2010 ALBANY, GA. —  The Albany Panthers (8-2) have clinched home field advantage throughout the playoffs and will have an entertaining environment for fans to root them on to the championship game.  The City of Albany, Albany Dermatology and the U.S. Air Force Reserve have joined on as playoff sponsors to support the team.   

"The fans are the life-blood of our team.  We are undefeated at home and we want to keep it that way. " said Will Carter, Panthers General Manager.  "We have a very exciting team and we want the fans to know that we appreciate their support."  The Saturday, July 10th game starts at 7:30PM and will feature a chance to meet and get a free autograph from former University of Georgia star and Atlanta Falcons QB DJ Shockley.  In addition, the first 1,000 fans will receive a free "Panthers Division Champs" collectible t-shirt.  There are also more fan goodies to be announced.
