July 10, 2010 ALBANY, GA. —  As the top-seed Albany Panthers (8-3) attempt to stay undefeated at home in their playoff contest this Saturday against the Louisiana Swashbucklers (5-6), the City of Albany and Albany Dermatology are sponsors rallying behind the teams "whiteout" promotion.  The first 1,000 fans will receive white "Division Champions" t-shirts. 

" We have played hard all season to win home-field advantage in the playoffs.  We want to bring a championship to the South Georgia area" said Will Carter, Panthers General Manager.  "We are doing everything to keep the fans excited and involved in this experience."  The playoff game festivities will include autograph signing by former Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Falcons QB DJ Shockley, the National Anthem by Courtney Spencer, the Invocation by Panthers chaplain Rev. Brian Ramey, the Coin Toss by Shockley and Albany Dermatology's Dr. Melinda Greenfield, the Game Ball presentation by Albany Dermatology's Lisa Etheridge and a half-time performance by Albany's own Soulful Soundz.
